Nxbeam was founded in 2018 with the mission to deliver the next generation of wireless communication infrastructure products to power the future of information communication technology.

Our expertise in monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) design and millimeter-wave systems enables us to deliver a wide breadth of products ranging from MMICs to custom integrated radio products. We focus on compound semiconductor solutions using gallium nitride (GaN) and indium phosphide (InP) technologies. We develop both standard and custom products that support our customers in both the satellite and 5G communication markets.
