Senior MMIC Design Engineer

This position involves the design of monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) in gallium nitride (GaN), indium phosphide (InP), and gallium arsenide (GaAs) technologies. Candidates should have:

  • Master’s degree, or higher, in electrical engineering or have extensive design experience
  • Knowledge and experience designing circuits such as:
    • Power amplifiers
    • Low noise amplifiers
    • Switches
    • Mixers
  • Experience testing MMICs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
